You should have been prompted to give us your shipping information immediately after sign-up (if you met our min donation level). If you did this, you should get your first quarterly within about a month. We print the publication on the 1st of every month and send them out to anyone who became supporters within the last 30 days.
If you have been a supporter for some time, but are not receiving the quarterly, then that means we probably don't have your up to date shipping information. Login to your account, or create an account if you don't already have one, and update your shipping info. Make sure you use the same email associated with your donations. You will get the next quarterly after adequately adding your shipping information to your account.
I have been a supporter for some time, I updated my shipping info, but I don't think I will be getting it because my donations are not showing up. In this case, you'll need to associate any potential emails with your account that you might have donated from. In your account section, scroll to the bottom and add any emails you believe may be associated with your donations. Within 24 hours, you should see any potential donation information populating.
For domestic (US) orders, we usually estimate two weeks from the day your product is shipped (you should have received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number).
For international orders, we estimate five to six weeks from the day your product is shipped. You likely will not have received a tracking number as international tracking is typically very inaccurate.
If your order has taken longer to arrive than the respective timetables above, please forward your shipping receipt email to email@example.com with a brief description of your issue.
When your order ships, you should have received a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number (if your order was a domestic shipment).
If you can’t find it in your email, you can also find it by logging in to your portal. If you haven’t already, the first step is to sign up with the email address connected to your order by creating an account. From there, you will need to navigate to the account tab in your portal. You should now be able to view your Order History, assuming you used the same email for these transactions.
If you have logged in and still cannot locate your tracking number, you may have used a different email during the ordering process. You can add another email at the bottom of your account page to associate those orders with your account.
International orders do not have tracking numbers. If you haven't received the product you ordered within five to six weeks of the date it was shipped, please forward us a copy of your receipt email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with a brief description of your issue, and we will get it sorted out!
